ABOUT ME
My name is Douglas Malagon, founder of Super Muay Performance, professional Muay Thai fighter and award-winning coach with 14+ years of experience.
I was the head strength and conditioning coach for Rise Combat Sports in San Francisco, CA before becoming Director of Fitness for San Francisco’s largest performance training center, where I was awarded Coach of the Year in 2019.
After Covid I moved to Thailand to specifically work with Muay Thai athletes at Fairtex Training Center, where I currently coach multiple One Championship Athletes, and Lumpinee, Thailand, Rajadamnern and Channel 7 champions.
With my first-hand, in-depth knowledge of both S&C and Muay Thai, I have developed my methods to optimize performance, recovery, and resilience through quality (rather than quantity) data-driven training in order to produce desired athlete outcomes.
