Thank you for using Super Muay Performance ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website (the "Website") and our mobile application (the "App," and together with the Website, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can request that it be deleted.

By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

  • Email address and password when you create an account.

  • If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

1.2 Health and Fitness Information

Because Super Muay Performance provides strength and conditioning programs for fighters, the App may collect the following health-related information in order to build and personalize your training programs:

  • Body statistics: weight, height, age, and sex.

  • Workout and performance data: exercises completed, sets, reps, times, weights lifted, and program progress.

  • Wearable and health-platform data: if you choose to connect a wearable device or a platform such as Apple Health or Google Fit, we may access data such as heart rate, steps, active calories, or workout sessions, strictly for the purpose of displaying your training and recovery metrics back to you.

We treat this information as sensitive. We do not sell your health or fitness data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes. It is used solely to provide, personalize, and improve your training experience.

1.3 Transactional Information

  • Name, billing address, and payment details when you purchase a program or subscription. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

1.4 Communications

  • Your email address if you opt in to receive promotional emails, updates, or offers.

  • Records of correspondence when you contact our support.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers), app usage data, log data, and crash reports, collected via analytics tools to help us understand usage and fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  1. Create and manage your account.

  2. Deliver and personalize your training programs, using your body stats and performance data to adjust workouts to your needs and track your progress over time.

  3. Process transactions and deliver purchased programs.

  4. Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.

  5. Send marketing communications, only if you have opted in, and only until you opt out.

  6. Analyze and improve our Website and App, including diagnosing technical issues.

  7. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use your health data to make advertising or profiling decisions, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: With vendors who help us operate our Services, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, customer support tools, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually restricted to using your data only to provide services to us.

  • Wearable/health platforms: Only where you have actively connected a service like Apple Health or Google Fit, and only to the extent necessary to sync the data you've authorized.

  • Legal compliance: When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

  • Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy (or a policy at least as protective).

4. Data Retention

We retain different categories of information for different lengths of time, based on how long we actually need it:

  • Account profile, body stats, injury notes, workout/performance data: Retained as long as your account is active.

  • Wearable/health platform data: Retained as long as your account is active

  • Data after you delete your account or request deletion: Deleted within 30 days.

  • Transaction and billing records: Retained for up to 7 years after the transaction.

  • Backup copies: Purged within approximately 90 days.

  • Marketing email list: Retained until you unsubscribe or opt out.

If we ever change these periods, we will update this policy and the "Last Updated" date above.

5. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You may request deletion of your personal data, including your health and fitness information, at any time by:

  1. In-app: Using the "Delete Account" option in the App's account settings (if available in your app version), or

  2. Email: Contacting us at contact@supermuayperformance.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

We will act on your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (such as financial transaction records, per the table above). We will confirm by email once your deletion request has been completed.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate data.

  • Delete your data (see Section 5).

  • Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format.

  • Withdraw consent for optional data uses, such as marketing emails or wearable integrations, at any time.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

7. Security

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International Users

Our Services may be accessed from outside the country in which our servers or service providers are located. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws different from those of your home country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting how we handle health data will be communicated via email or in-app notice where required.
