Regular assessment of performance and adaptation to individual needs will ensure optimal progress over the four-week cycle. Goals: Tailored for fighter athletes, this two-day-per-week, four-week Assault Bike conditioning program aims to enhance lactic capacity, improve cardiovascular endurance, and simulate the high-intensity demands of combat sports. The program focuses on developing the energy systems crucial for sustained performance during rounds while incorporating specific intervals to mimic the intensity of a fight. Duration: 4 weeks Frequency: 2 days per week Workout Time: Approximately 30-45 minutes per session
