The Super Muay Four Week Peak (a French Contrast Method) is a comprehensive contrast training approach that integrates various forms of resistance and explosive exercises to enhance strength, power, and agility in fighters. This program is specifically designed for athletes seeking to improve their performance in combat sports through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and speed exercises. Goals: Increase maximal strength, produce explosive power, reduce risk of injury from overtraining, improve joint stability and muscular coordination. Duration: 4 weeks Frequency: 2 days per week Workout Time: Approximately 30-45 minutes per session
